Pricing

Fixed price, hourly or monthly. Your call.

We work whichever way fits the job — and you can switch as the work changes. Every engagement is senior-led, agreed in writing and measured against goals we set up front.

    01

    Fixed price

Defined scope, clear timeline, one price agreed up front.

    How it's billed

One fixed price in a written scope, after a 30-minute call.

    • Discovery and written brief
    • Design system and prototype of key flows
    • Production build with SEO, accessibility and analytics checklist
    • Launch support and handover

Best for: Launches, redesigns, Webflow migrations, AI prototypes with a clear goal.

    02

    Hourly

Pay for the hours worked. Start small, scale up or stop at any time.

    How it's billed

Billed monthly on hours actually spent, with a timesheet.

    • No minimum scope — one task is enough to start
    • Weekly summary of what was done and hours used
    • An agreed monthly cap, so the bill never surprises you
    • Switch to a fixed price or a retainer at any point

Best for: Open-ended work, fixes and improvements, extra hands for your team, exploring an idea before committing.

    03

    Retainer

Ongoing design, build and optimization with predictable capacity.

    How it's billed

Monthly capacity, adjusted quarterly. Pause or cancel with notice.

    • A senior team on your roadmap every month
    • New pages, campaigns, product screens and AI features
    • Conversion tracking, A/B tests and reporting
    • Priority turnaround

Best for: Growing brands and products that need continuous output after launch.

    04

    Advisory

    Senior direction without production.

    How it's billed

A fixed number of sessions and reviews per month.

    • UX and conversion audits
    • Design and roadmap reviews
    • AI opportunity reviews: what to automate, what to build, what to skip
    • Async feedback between sessions

Best for: In-house design, product and marketing teams that need senior-level direction — including where AI fits.

No public rates — a written quote for your scope within 24 hours of our call, on business days.

    FAQ

Questions we hear before every project.

How do you price a project?

Whichever way suits you: a fixed-price project for a defined scope, hourly for open-ended work, or a monthly retainer for continuous output. We don't publish rates: every quote is written for your scope. After a 30-minute call we recommend a model and send it in writing — scope, timeline and either one fixed price or an hourly quote with a monthly cap.

    Do you work hourly?

Yes. Hourly suits fixes, improvements, exploratory work or extra hands for your team. You get a weekly summary of what was done and an agreed monthly cap, and you can switch to a fixed price or a retainer at any time.

Fixed price, hourly, retainer or advisory — which one should we pick?

Fixed price when the scope is clear — a launch, a redesign, a migration. Hourly when it isn't yet, or the work comes in small pieces. A retainer when you need a senior team every month. Advisory when your own team does the production and needs direction. Not sure? Start hourly; most clients move to whichever model the work turns out to need.

    Can we switch models later?

Yes. Many engagements start hourly or with a small fixed-price project and move to a retainer after launch. Nothing locks you in.

How does AI make projects cheaper?

We use AI where it removes hours, not quality: research and content drafts, working prototypes in days instead of weeks, faster front-end builds and automated QA. Senior people still make every decision and review every line — you pay for fewer hours, not for less care.

Do you build AI products and custom tools?

Yes. We build working AI prototypes quickly, add AI features to existing products — assistants, search over your own content, document processing — and build custom internal tools made only for your team's workflow, such as the AI tooling in the CPR Certification Labs group-training platform.

Who will actually work on our project?

Senior people, start to finish. Minimize is deliberately lean: the people on the first call are the people who design and build your product. No hand-off to juniors.

Do you only build in Webflow?

Webflow is where we do most marketing sites, including large migrations like People.ai. We also build with Lovable, Claude, Sanity and Unbounce, and in custom React — including AI-powered apps and tools when the product needs it.

Can you migrate our existing site to Webflow without losing SEO?

Yes. Migrations include a URL map with redirects, metadata and structured data carried over, and a post-launch check in Search Console.

Do you design product UI, or only marketing websites?

Both. Patento's HR platform, Zenoo Studio, the Leadspicker platform and the AML Buddy dashboard are full application UX projects — often for the same companies whose websites we design.

    What happens after launch?

Post-launch is where results are made. We track agreed KPIs, run tests and iterate — on a retainer or hourly. If something isn't working, we say so before you notice.

    Why don't you list prices?

Because the same request can be a two-week job or a two-month one, depending on what already exists and what you need. A number on a page would be wrong for most people reading it. A 30-minute call gets you an accurate quote, in writing, within 24 hours on business days.

    How soon can you start?

Hourly work can usually start within days. For larger projects, tell us your timing in the brief and we'll confirm the earliest start date in our first reply, within 24 hours on business days.
