WTC Yerevan — Site for a landmark development that isn't finished yet

    Introduction

A net-zero Grade A development, pre-completion. No offices to tour, no tenants to quote. The site sells an idea of a place while converting serious commercial interest — written to ambition rather than specification, with motion and light photography carrying what renders can't. Sustainability credentials, the WTC network affiliation and membership all resolve in one scroll. Bilingual EN/HY.
